• please include the following:
1. Name
2. Phone number
3. Email address
4. Date of Event
5. Duration of performance
6. Type of group (classical or jazz)
7. Type of event
8. Location of event
• Once we give you a quote and confirmation of availability, we can begin the booking process. We will send you a contract which outlines the details of the event. We ask that you return the contract with 1/3 total price as a deposit to hold the date.
  The event is then booked.
